2. Partner Up If You\u2019re Nervous
\n<\/strong>Find another agent or investor and co-invest on a deal. You don\u2019t need to go solo to get started. You just need to get in the game.<\/p>\n

3. Learn From Your Network
\n<\/strong>Ask your investor clients what they look for in a deal. Ask them what they regret. You\u2019ll get a free education and probably a few good stories too.<\/p>\n
